Full re-roofs
New breathable membrane, battens and tiles or slates, with reclaimed materials where they suit the house. Scaffold, skips and building control all arranged.

Chimneys and leadwork
Repointing, new lead flashing, cowls and caps, and taking down stacks you no longer use. The chimney is where most leaks start, so it is the first place we look.

Photos of the roof as it is, so you have a record before we touch it.
- Through the job
Old tiles off, membrane and battens checked, new work laid.
- Every evening
Site tidied and a magnetic sweep of the garden for nails.
- Sign-off
Before and after photos and your written guarantee, sent by email.
